KTERA: Archer Adjustments Yet Again (9/28/16)

Crack Shot crit chance lowered from 15% to 10% and Velik’s Mark damage lowered from 20% to 10%.

KTERA developers apologized for so many adjustments to Archers. They mentioned that Warrior is scheduled for a revamp towards the end of October and their goal is to make sure that multiple adjustments will not happen again. (sureeee)
